Welcome to KaiMesh, a product of Teamify Global, Inc. DBA KaiMesh (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform, including all associated services, applications, APIs, websites, features, and content (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using KaiMesh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to recurring charges unless canceled. Charges are non-refundable and subject to change with notice.
We do not offer refunds for any subscription tier or feature. All sales are final.
No refunds will be given for unused time, accidental charges, or dissatisfaction. Exceptions may only be granted at our sole discretion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
AI tools may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content. Use discretion and verify all outputs. KaiMesh assumes no liability for AI-generated content.
We integrate with tools like Stripe, Paddle, and certain AI APIs. Their services are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party tools.
All KaiMesh branding, code, content, and platform features are owned by Teamify Global, Inc. DBA KaiMesh. You may not reuse or copy our assets without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or profit loss. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
You are responsible for compliance with your country’s laws. VAT or GST may apply. Paddle handles global tax compliance on our behalf if acting as Merchant of Record.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates. We will notify users of material changes.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Teamify Global, Inc. DBA KaiMesh and supersede all previous understandings.
